Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Special or Electronic Parts Orders

Orders involving mobile phone spare parts or electronic components cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, as these items are often prepared, packed, or allocated specifically for the order.

Customers are advised to confirm product compatibility, specifications, and order details carefully before completing payment.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be completed (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider)

Exceptions

We reserve the right to reject a cancellation request if:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit

  • The request is submitted after the 24-hour cancellation window

  • The order includes spare parts or electronic items that have already been processed or packed
