At PHONEMART SDN. BHD., we are committed to providing reliable phone accessories, mobile phone spare parts, and related electronic products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience.

Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, or tampering

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to phone_mart1@outlook.com within the 30-day period

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at phone_mart1@outlook.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Your reason for cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the item, subject to our return eligibility conditions.

Exceptions

Please take note of the following:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by PHONEMART SDN. BHD.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Items that have been opened, used, or installed

    • Electronic parts damaged due to improper handling or installation

    • Products damaged for reasons not related to delivery

    • Items not returned in their original condition or packaging
