“Service” refers to Phonemart Sdn. Bhd., accessible from the Company’s official website or online sales platforms.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. Orders placed from outside Malaysia will not be processed.

We deliver to all regions within Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • Sabah

  • Sarawak

We aim to provide reliable and consistent delivery service nationwide.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable charges may vary based on:

There are no hidden charges. All costs will be transparently displayed prior to order confirmation.


Processing & Delivery Time

All Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your Order has been shipped, you may receive a notification with tracking details (if applicable), allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Unclaimed or repeatedly failed deliveries may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
